I declare on oath that the information given above is correct and I am well aware of the fact that in case of the information being incorrect or my mark sheet being defective ,my admission shall be cancelled. I further declare on oath that during the period of my stay in the college, I shall observe the rules of good conduct and maintain good character and shall not participate in any undesirable or anti-social activity. I further declare that I shall observe all the directions as per University Act/Statutes and govt. orders Ordinances in maintaining discipline to the full satisfaction of the Principal , otherwise the college administration may take action as per rules. I am well aware of the fact that in case my class attendance is less than 75 percent, I may not be allowed to appear in the University Examination.
